If you are enrolling into our program for the first time you must pickup an enrolment form from the school front office or our OSHC room.

Enrolment forms must be dropped off at the Front Office or OSHC Office. Electronic forms will not be accepted due to confidentiality and privacy.
The Star of the Sea OSHC is located within the school grounds in the Multi-Purpose Room.
