The following options are available for payment of your school fees -
Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit, BPAY and QKR
Regular direct debits from either bank savings/cheque accounts or credit card is an easy and preferred option. Please see the School Office if you wish to arrange this option.
Irregular payments can also be paid via the QKR option also.
Commencing last year, the School’s Bpay Biller Code changed from 46698 to 297911. There is a transition period where both BPay Biller Codes will work for a limited time. Therefore, if you are choosing to pay your school fees via this option please change the Biller Code to 297911 as soon as possible. Please note that your individual “Reference Number” has NOT changed.
Parents/Caregivers who have contributed $250/$300 or more to the Planned Giving Programme of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church, Henley Beach for the 2020 calendar year may apply for a full rebate of the School Capital Levy.
Application forms are available from the School Office. You will need to take the form to the Parish Office for approval.
Fee Remissions
Families who have lost significant income due to COVID-19 will receive a total school fee remission, initially for a period of 3 months. We will work with families to implement and provide this financial assistance.
In addition, financial assistance is available for low income earners via the Government scheme School Card. This will continue to be available for those families who qualify.
Please see the following table to assess if you are eligible to apply for this scheme. If you think you are eligible, please phone me in the School Office to set up an interview to complete the paperwork.
